1.1  Release wire H-wheel: BS40, BS60 & BS80, CS120, CS220 and CS280

1.2  Release wire tension adopt Teflon steel tension belt. Release wire tension adjustable, flexible tension adjustment mechanism, convenient for adjustment and better anti wear performance.

2. Main machine

2.1  Curtain wire enter into drag wheel after out the void twist device, the drag wheel has six grooves and the motor drive power at 2.2KW.

2.2  Configured 10° void twist device, servo motor drive.

2.3  The void twist device configured close type safety cover and safety protection switch, can’t start machine when safety cover opening. Open and close safety cover adopt manual method.

2.4  Additionally configure 20Kgf servo tension system at curtain wire entrance.

2.5  Configured 17 wheels LHB straighten device, straighten device support position adjustable.

3. Retrieve wire

3.1  Retrieve wire method: BS40/BS60/BS80 retrieve wire, pneumatic centre (double centre)

3.2  Retrieve wire tension required that 15-40N adjustable, adopt spring swing rod type tension system.

3.3  Retrieve wire has meter reverse counting memory function.

3.4  Wire arrange wheel is 5 ways BBP wheel

3.5  Retrieve wire panel adopt touch screen.
