Technology process:

Release wire→degrease groove→water washing→hydrochloric acid scouring→series water flow washing→galvanization→series water flow washing→heat water washing groove→dry→wire retrieve  

 (Note: the above steps only for reference, we can modify it according to different requirements from customers)

Technical parameters:

· Handle raw material: middle and high carbon steel wire (carbon content 0.45～0.90%)

· Steel wire diameter: φ0.9～φ4.0mm

· Steel wire quantity: 12～56 pieces

· Steel wire quantity can be customer made according to customer output
